This role manages day-to-day operations of the marketing technology portfolio, including the integration, maintenance, adoption and advancement of technology. The role will partner with IT, marketing, sales, product and legal teams to fulfill this responsibility. This role acts as an internal consultant to marketing leaders who use technology to address their objectives and priorities and ensure alignment of technology enhancement and acquisition with business objectives.
**Position Description:**
+ Articulate business needs to inform marketing technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
+ Promote the adoption and utilization of the Marketing organization’s current technology
+ Coordinate with global technology services team to document marketing systems architecture and assess marketing system capabilities
+ Develop and support plans to ensure data and process integration of systems that support key marketing processes
+ Outline marketing technology roles and responsibilities and evaluating the skills and process required to effectively leverage technology
+ Ensure understanding of end-to-end marketing processes and supporting systems
+ Hands on support for front-end personalization experiences
+ Leverage marketing performance data to provide infrastructure consulting to marketing leaders
+ Prioritize, sequence, and manage implementation and enhancement projects according to resource availability and timelines
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet changing marketing and business priorities
+ Deliver effective change management and communications for technology implementation and process reengineering within marketing
+ Advocates for marketing technology needs to IT
+ Contributes to process and data governance initiatives to ensure technology management aligns with key governance standards
+ Gathers and disseminates internal and external marketing technology standard methodologies
**Knowledge/Skills/Experience:**
+ BA or BS required, preferably in computer science or information technology
+ Experience with Salesforce, especially Marketing Cloud
+ Seven or more years of marketing technology experience in an operations or digital marketing leadership role
+ Demonstrated technical skills, including authoring and debugging advanced javascript, MySQL, AMPscript, HTML and CSS
+ Experience leading, managing, and coaching teams
+ Technology project management experience, including the rollout of related applications (e.g., MAP, MRM, SFA) to sales and marketing audiences is desirable
+ Deep understanding of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, SFA, CMS) and web, advertising, data, and e-commerce systems
+ Successful track record of delivering technology solutions on time, on budget, and able to deliver measurable results
+ Experience with lead management process creation, delivery, and monitoring is desirable
+ Strong experience developing user training, and measuring and improving adoption
+ Digital marketing/field marketing experience is desirable
+ Experience leading technology development projects is desirable
+ Consulting experience is a plus!

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$101,900.00 - $163,000.00 USD
