PRH Consumer Marketing is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Performance Marketing team, part of the centralized Advertising team. The Performance Marketing team is responsible for supplying divisional marketing teams with ad campaign reporting and benchmarking, first-party audience segmentation and strategy, and actionable recommendations for optimizing campaign performance. This performance marketer will work closely with their Paid Media Strategy & Ad Operations counterparts to maximize the impact of title advertising efforts. The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, will serve as a strategic partner to the Audio Publishing Group.

Specific responsibilities include:
Compiles weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance reports to inform future strategy and drive marketing effectiveness. Collaborates with Audio divisional marketers and the Paid Media Strategy & Ad Operations teams and provide them with recommendations for budget re-allocation and channel optimization at the campaign, audience, and creative levels. Monitors KPIs and measures the effectiveness of paid media campaigns (direct-buy, social, retail, and programmatic advertising). Establishes and maintains benchmarks for key marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc. Works closely with the Consumer Marketing Analytics and Data Marketing & Operations Consumer Data teams on first-party audience segmentation, strategy, and testing, as well as developing in-house solutions to future-proof our ads business. Supports the Audio division through first-party ad audience (including multicultural) creation and distribution, while adhering to consumer data privacy and security regulations. Formulates best practices, case studies, and advertising recommendations to Audio divisional ad strategists and marketers, tying into divisional priorities and marketing strategy.

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), with experience in paid media analysis Ability to analyze and translate marketing data into actionable performance reports for marketing stakeholders Well versed in the language of digital marketing metrics and online measurement (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.) Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and Microsoft PowerPoint Exceptional written, verbal, and in-person presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage own projects in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaborate with and support efforts of the larger team Quick learner of new technologies and tools An eye for insights and trends: both spotting them in data and identifying them in the advertising landscape Interest in Audiobooks a plus Experience with tag management systems like Tealium a plus Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics a plus Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) a plus
The salary range for this position is $79,500 - $82,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
