The candidate will independently develop strategic analysis of strategic directions of Teva Greater China business (including Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan). He/she will facilitate innovative, generics and OTC portfolio management in the Greater China region which including market research, GTM analysis, business cases building, and organize cross functional leaders’ discussion to make decision on company strategies. The candidate also takes the role of driving the business growth, in terms of develop frameworks to analyse different business growth models, and driving the strategy being landed.
How you’ll spend your dayEstablishing Teva Greater China cluster business strategies
Build up Greater China cluster business strategies by deeper understanding of portfolio and pipelines of Teva global.
Identifying potential models for the business of the cluster by researching the macro environments, policies, market dynamics and so forth.
Driving leadership discussion on corporate strategy from cross functions to translate the planning into actions.
leading the process of AOP/ LRP to establish Teva Greater China business prospects.
Facilitate the strategy for Teva's Specialty, Generics and OTC Product Portfolio in China
Create strategic framework to facilitate product selection and lifecycle management in alignment with Teva Greater China's Strategy and global selection threshold.
Drive process for business case development, including establishing analytical structure to evaluate the market opportunity, and analysis for different GTM.
Understand China, Hongkong healthcare reform and policy/market trends in 5-10 years and its impact on portfolio strategy.
Understand TA trends and disease standard of care and emerging treatment options both globally and locally.
Foster collaborative internal working relationships across global, regional and local functions (Portfolio, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain etc.), to support China selections, submissions & approvals.
Building external networks for collecting essential information for business analysis.
Your experience and qualificationsExcellent planning and organizational skills

Demonstrates the ability to establish good working relationships at all levels of the company both domestically and globally
Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities effectively

Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to present ideas articulately
Excellent communication skills with written and verbal fluency in English
Good presentation skills Teamwork / collaboration and ability to work effectively with numerous interfaces
Commercial business experience in marketing, portfolio management or business development
Degree in a science and/or business related discipline
Minimum 8 years China Pharmaceutical industry experience
Good knowledge of pharma sector trends, customer landscape and competitor trends and actions
Good finance/forecasting capabilities
