THE OPPORTUNITY As the Manager, Professional Services at Xactly Corporation, you will be managing the Forecasting implementation team, be an expert in Sales Forecasting and will be leading large scale Xactly Forecasting implementations. You will be responsible for building the Xactly Forecasting team and implementation practice. You will be responsible for leading requirements gathering, mapping the customer’s CRM data / or files from Data Lake and Forecasting processes to the Xactly Forecasting best practices solutions and leading a team of consultants through a successful implementation. Your customer interactions will typically be at the Director level and above at Enterprise companies that expect a high level of customer service. We are seeking an individual with strong data knowledge around CRM data models, Forecasting models with excellent technical, communication, and customer management skills, with strong experience implementing CRM or Data Integration /ETL projects and Business Intelligence solutions. The team comes from a plethora of industries including SaaS, consulting, financial services and management consulting. They’re a group of driven, highly motivated, self-starters who have the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fluid start-up culture. They are fast learners, turned compensation consultants with the business-savvy to execute complex projects in all client verticals. THE SKILL SET Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience Managing a team of people 10+ years of experience in building Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse / Data Integration / ETL and Salesforce / NetSuite solutions or related fields Strong skills in Salesforce / NetSuite Administration and through understanding data models are a must-have Strong Skills in Structure Query Languages and Relational Databases, being able to tune the Reporting & data jobs performance Experience translating complex customer requirements into flexible and scalable enterprise solutions, with the ability to guide clients through the decision-making processes Data Lake or Data warehouse Integration / ETL, SFTP / S3 Integration experience and Troubleshooting skills are a must-have Create & present complex data pipeline in data flow diagrams Conduct periodical training to Implementation consultants, Solution architects & Technical account managers on product & solution updates or best practices Strong problem-solving skills (business & technical) Demonstrate outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills Past experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment preferred Confident communication style with strong presentation skills Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL Participate in training, which will introduce you to our products and processes. Gain a strong understanding of Forecast & Pipeline Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves. Begin ramping onto projects as soon as training is completed. WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL Build the Forecasting implementation practice (implementation methodology, artifacts and best practices) Become a subject matter expert in one aspect of Xactly’s products and related activities, including supporting other Implementation Consultants. Gather requirements and create functional design for complex scalable solutions using Xactly’s products. Be fully versed in Xactly tools, keeping essential customer data organized and tracking all your interactions with customers. Create urgency, instill confidence, and provide fantastic customer service as you guide customers through the initial implementation and their early adoption stage of Xactly at their company. WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL Manage multiple customer projects through the requirements gathering design and implementation process to ensure successful projects and adoption of Xactly. Interact with customers each day to drive urgency, engagement and utilization. Become a subject matter expert in several aspects of Xactly’s products, including developing best practices, quality assurance and training materials to support other Implementation Consultants. Meet and exceed quarterly metrics and objectives. Provide input for overall implementation process improvements. WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL Continue to manage and lead multiple customer implementations which meet customer needs, and execute within our applications. Mentor new hires and teach best practices to lead the team towards future success. Deepen knowledge of tactics to increase satisfaction and improve implementation time within your projects and share across the team. Identify gaps within our processes, propose solutions and execute to continue raising the bar with the team.
