The Workforce Optimization Program Management Team is responsible for supporting the strategy, implementation and execution of the Workforce Optimization Organization initiatives, projects and programs that are related to enhancing current business processes, integration strategy, and client service transformation initiatives impacting Investor Services.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will-
Lead assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results. Ensure that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success, including delivering projects on time and within quality standards to the satisfaction of the project sponsor. Drive to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes. Understand the business/group and facilitate communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively. Direct, manage, and coordinate team members including other project managers, business resources, and user groups.What you are good at:

Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred, but not required.5+ years’ work experience leading complex projects and programs through the full life cycle .Bachelor’s degree required.
