How you will make history here…
The Sr. Manager, Quality and Sanitation will lead and manage the entire range of Food Safety & Quality programs, as defined in the Pepperidge Farm Quality Policies and CSC North American Quality Policies. This position has specific compliance, process, and consumer quality responsibilities, and will manage a set of matrix relationships within Quality to influence senior management on alignment of Quality strategies, Quality annual objectives, and Plant project plans. The individual will coordinate and deploy Quality Assurance programs across Pepperidge Farm plants, and functional areas, and influence plant leadership with food safety and quality best practices.
What you will do…
1. 50% - Develop, drive, and continually improve a comprehensive food safety & quality program as defined by the Pepperidge Farm QPM and CSC North American Quality Policies. (Compliance Quality)
2. 25% - Drive process improvement initiatives through staff, work group, Pepperidge Farm Quality staff, and Business Quality
3. 25% - Manage & Drive Consumer Complaint programs, initiatives, and consumer delight models for each business

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$135,600-$194,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
