This role is responsible for driving best-in-class sales processes, methodologies and tools to optimize the performance and productivity of the sales organization. You'll lead a team of specialists to ensure execution of the sales strategy and operation excellence in the business.
How you will contribute
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to implement strategies that improve sales effectiveness, forecast accuracy and revenue growth.Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.Work closely with key stakeholders (MX Sales Leadership Team).Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.What you will bring

Considerable knowledge of market in which Mondelēz International performsExperience in sales and managing a team of salespeopleStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interacting skillsSolid knowledge of sales and negotiation processesThis role will be responsible for managing and developing different teams (including Sales Planning, Sales Projects, Sales Intelligence and Training) that will help our sales team exceed their goals. This role will analyze sales data and provide recommendations to the MX Leadership Team in order to optimize sales operations, implement new strategies, and develop new processes and procedures.
Some of the main responsibilities of this team include sales process optimization (design, refine and/or standardize sales processes to increase effectiveness), performance management and analytics (leveraging data analytics and reporting tools), training, tools and technology enablement, cross-functional collaboration (this team leads the IBP process) and a strategic leadership for the team.
Some of the main requirements are:
Strong problem-solving and strong communication/influential skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team.Previous experience leading teams related to Sales Planning, Sales Analytics, Demand Planning, Integrated Business Plan (IBP).Previous exposure to key processes of the business such as the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) or S&OP.Proven track record in driving sales processes improvements and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.Solid knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).English: advanced level.Nice to have: Experience in change management projects.No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
