+ This role is focused on American's small-medium-business customer - who they are, what they value and how we can meet their specific needs that is measured by their loyalty to America - including the strategy development, coordination, and implementation of products and services
**What you'll do**
+ Establishes goal-setting for the small-medium segment, initiative development, and project coordination across the Commercial Organization, including Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, IT, Marketing, Finance, AAdvantage and co-brand partnerships
+ Identifies and directly builds trust and relationships with our SMB customers, creating value segmented specifically for SMB customers based on their purchasing patterns and behaviors that creates loyalty between the SMB customer and American Airlines
+ Establishes American as the SMB customer's airline of choice - by 1. Knowing who they are, 2. Providing personalized products and interactions throughout their lifecycle and 3. Providing easy to use digital tools to interact and consume products directly from AA
+ Owns the product strategy and management of existing program AAdvantage
+ Keeps the SMB customer at the center of our strategy
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management; or equivalent experience/training
+ 7 years related experience
+ At least 2 years leadership experience
+ Business development, project management and/or strategy development experience
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ MBA
+ Prior experience within the Commercial Organization
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and develop strategic initiatives to align with customer value
+ Skills in project management, corporate product development, team coordination, and data analysis
+ Knowledge of corporate travel programs, B2B sales, travel distribution models
+ Ability to manage a team with a wide range of skills and expertise
+ Thought leader with solid strategic acumen and sound business judgement
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to turn detailed data analysis into strategic recommendations and decisions for our SMB vision strategy
+ Self-starter, who is able to handle multiple competing priorities and operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
+ A passion for small business customers and customer-centric planning and analysis
+ Ability to present and influence at all levels within a large and cross-functional organization
+ Strong verbal and written communications skills
+ Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and ownership to achieve stretch goals
+ Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations spanning multiple geographies
