How will you make an impact:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage multiple scrum teams working on the development of artificial intelligence (AI) related software products. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our AI initiatives and ensuring the delivery of software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

How will you get here:

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

15+ years of overall software development experienceAt least 5 years of experience in people management as an Engineering Manager or Sr Engineering ManagerProven experience in leading the teams in technical aspects like Architecture, Systems Integration, Customer ExperienceProven experience managing software development projects, specifically in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Data Science domainDeep understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer visionProven experience motivating and inspiring teams to work collaboratively and achieve exceptional resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizationProven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
