Responsibilities:-
+ Lead and manage high performing team that Perform Electrical & Mechanical Verification FA on SSD Customer Returns
+ Deliver department goals for KPI &customer turnaround time.
+ Manage Escalations Communication of RMA cases to Internal Teams
+ Provide FA Reports to External Customers
+ Maintain & Develop Knowledge of FA Capabilities
+ Setup & maintain the of debug system for DOE and error duplication
+ Serve as SSD Interface for external customer facing team
Education Required: -
+ Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
Experience:-
+ Experience in System/Firmware engineering, Product Engineering, Quality and Customer engineering
+ Experience in Storage Industry, Customer Interface preferred
+ Competent in Failure Analysis/ System Test
+ 5 year plus experience as technical and people leader
Skills:-
+ A good understanding of NAND flash memory function and SSD storage and architecture
+ Computer hardware knowledge (PCIE, SATA, Bus Tracer) will be advantageous
+ Excellent time and project management skills
+ Good oral & written communication skills
+ Ability to work well in a close-knit team environment
+ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
+ Ability to work flexible hours
+ Commitment to technical growth
+ Programming experience a plus
+ Some travelling needed
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$144,000.00 - $252,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
