Sr Manager, Supply Chain Sustainability & Visibility

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing direct leadership to a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors focusing on Sustainability Impact & Compliance, and shaping the vision, strategy, and processes for key initiatives aimed at expanding the company's Supply Chain visibility and Sustainability outcomes. The role collaborates with executive leadership to refine supply chain strategic goals in alignment with the company's mission, and monitors progress towards these goals. The role oversees the development of business process migration strategies, engages in cross-functional collaboration, conducts industry analysis, and identifies growth opportunities with business cases and financial models for investment decisions.

Responsibilities
• Provides direct and ongoing leadership to a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors to coordinate, manage, and lead strategic development related projects for Sustainability Impact & Compliance and Supply Chain Visibility.
• Collaborates with the executive leadership to refine the organization's supply chain strategic goals and objectives and leads the development and implementation of plans that align with the company's mission and vision.
• Monitors and evaluates progress toward strategic goals and communicates the updates to the senior leadership and executives.
• Develops an end-to-end business process migration strategy, tactics, project plan, and timeline to achieve the strategy development program's goals.
• Works cross-functionally with sustainability, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, digital technology and solutions to deliver insights on the development of supply chain strategies.
• Manages recurring analysis of industry and market trends, competitors, growth opportunities, and internal performance to lead the strategic planning process.
• Identifies potential business growth opportunities related to sustainability and operations and develops business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in new technologies, or partnerships.
• Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is  $136,850 - $180,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
