As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in the CRO industry, you will have a significant impact in attracting and recruiting top talent, enabling us to continue delivering world-class scientific solutions that improve health outcomes.
A day in the Life:
Lead, manage and coach high-performing teams, encouraging a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Enable your team members to become trusted advisors, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business goals.
Determine and implement strategies to attract and hire individuals with the right work behaviors – to improve the organizational capabilities and ensure a talent pipeline that aligns with current and future business plans.
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring plans
Partner with extended HR pillars to contribute to the successful integration of new hires into the organization
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to compete in a fast-paced industry
Lead and drive the adoption of technology and tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
Keys to Success:
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues. Your experience in the Pharma or CRO industry, combined with your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a matrix organization, will be key to your success.
Education
Bachelor degree in any field.
Experience
Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
Demonstrated success in leading TA team in sourcing and hiring top talent in the CRO industry
Experience working in a matrix organization preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of effective talent acquisition strategies
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and extended HR teams.
Lead and enable a strong team to drive business success and make valuable contributions.
