+ This job is a member of the Strategy, Process, and Analytics team within the Tech Ops. Division.
+ Responsible for leading a team that ensures various Tech Ops groups are provided with the headcount required to achieve business performance goals.
**What you'll do**
+ Works closely with Tech Ops leaders as they make headcount decisions driven by schedule changes, peak demand seasons, flex dates, etc.
+ Gets to know our Tech Ops leaders by spending time in their operation and being able to translate their needs via workforce tools & technology
+ Provides team of analysts with structure, support, and most importantly, care
+ Works collaboratively with other operational groups within Tech Ops to understand their staffing needs and constraints
+ Assists other groups within Workforce Strategy with headcount forecasts that represent ~$1B of annual expense
+ Ability to travel of up to 25%-33% depending on projects & season
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Undergraduate degree in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/training
+ 7 years of experience in airline operations, finance, network planning, revenue management, or related airline field
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Experience in a leadership role within Tech Ops
+ MBA or other advanced certification
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Ability to lead a large team of independent analysts toward a common goal
+ Knowledge of airport processes and credible experience on how these processes impact workforce decisions and needs
+ Ability to build strong relationships with airport leaders and leverage trust/shared vision to accomplish joint goals
+ Knowledge of financial tools/processes and ability to understand impact of staffing decisions
