We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- e-Sourcing and RFx SupportShould be a graduate with relevant Sourcing Procurement experience and must have sound knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay process, having handled a team size of ~50 people - for this role.
In this role, you shall be responsible for all assigned work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a project lead providing and guiding solutions.

Responsibilities· Looking for strong communication skills since this will be a project management role.
· Establish deep relationship with key client stakeholders and understand and address customer challenges and vision.
· To be well versed in S2P, deep domain experience in e-sourcing activities to navigate the technology risk and governance approvals required, transition planning, and building up client knowledge.
· Partner with customer and transformation leader in defining and driving the business / project agenda.
· You are accountable for e-Sourcing process which involves activities like Document management, training material creation and management for auctions, procurement, Vendor Master Maintenance and Contract reviews for various categories and commodities.
· Understand different processes of the customer across markets and geographies – identify opportunities to drive synergies and cost out from consolidation, standardization, continuous improvement, transformation, and bench marking across all centers.
· Own the standard process design and control environment, push back on unwarranted deviations from the standard process.
· Drive a culture of continuous risk assessment, mitigation, and appropriate customer communication.
· Review the E2E Metrics and identify risks, opportunities.
· Bring in the latest best practices from different accounts.
Proven ability to Identify opportunities and drive standardization, Continuous improvement, and productivity.Creative thinking/innovative mind-set/solution orientation.Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing risk mitigation plans.Ability to build impactful customer relationship and drive collaborative behavior and work across levels within G and Customer Org.Become SME of software and tools utilized by the AP Team (mainly Ariba/Oracle/Coupa/SAP and Concur). Provide system administration and collaborate closely with technologist to support, maintain, and improve the software products used by the Source to Pay teams.Develop and run metrics that measure the activities performed by team and present them in a synthesized way.Develop and maintain a catalog of reports that enable clients to handle their inputs into the e-Sourcing processes in an effective way and without bureaucracy.Responsible for overall process results.Ensure to meet Service Levels Agreement results (daily/weekly/monthly).Ensure process controls are appropriately established, communicated to employees and timely audited.Pro-actively act in advance in case of issue identified or resolution not received.Lead monthly process dashboard calls or weekly/fortnightly process related calls with client.Plan execute people movement during high volume or attrition.Ensure knowledge retention and improvement in the team.Establish Handle client relationship through regular engagement with the client.Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
