The Sr. Manager of Brand Growth will play a pivotal role in a newly established function within Canyon Ranch, focused on growing the brand’s presence in the wellness space and identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects within the sector. This role is dedicated to executing projects that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and cultivate strategic alliances, with a primary emphasis on selling the resorts and retreats. As a key support to the Senior Vice President of Brand Growth, the Sr. Manager will assist in developing strategic partnerships and exploring new markets, contributing to the overall goal of driving revenue and increasing market share. This role requires exceptional execution capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring initiatives to life in alignment with Canyon Ranch’s mission and business objectives. Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE Execution of Growth Initiatives: Support the SVP in executing strategic plans and initiatives related to audience expansion, revenue generation, and market presence. Manage operational and administrative tasks to ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and deliverables are achieved. Conduct research and outreach to support new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Outreach & Relationship Management: Assist with building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, potential collaborators, and industry stakeholders. Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and communications to maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for partnerships, group sales, and alliances. Represent the Canyon Ranch brand in professional communications and interactions. Corporate Partnerships: Coordinate with internal teams to support corporate partnership initiatives, including group sales efforts, retreats, memberships, and corporate wellness programs. Help facilitate and manage the execution of partnerships, ensuring all commitments are met and opportunities are optimized. Administrative & Operational Support: Assist the SVP with schedule management, meeting preparations and follow-up tasks. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on key initiatives and business development activities. Brand Growth & Consumer Engagement Campaigns: Provide logistical and operational support for brand growth campaigns aimed at consumer engagement and audience expansion for both existing and new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution of promotional efforts. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Significant specialized experience with 6-10 years’ experience in same or related field. Established media and influencer contacts in field of health, wellness, travel, lifestyle and luxury. Demonstrates in–depth understanding of evolving luxury hospitality and wellness industries. Knowledgeable and comfortable using Social Media tools for sales. Possesses a solid understanding of business intelligence, analytics and data visualization concepts & practice. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Demonstrates an understanding of the philosophy of Canyon Ranch and its practical application.
