Lead and coordinate Employee Experience teams, programs, and activities, including recruitment, retention, compensation, and benefits administration.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual provisions, and federal and state employment regulations.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR practices, policies, and information flow.
Conduct and support investigations, employee relations cases, and unemployment hearings when necessary.
Manage departmental performance, motivate teams, and ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
Foster positive employer-employee relationships and coach management on HR procedures and issue resolution.
Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Collaborate with corporate HR teams on projects, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
Recommend process improvements and communicate project updates or concerns to management.
Maintain confidentiality and adherence to all HR-related policies and regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience — Required
Master’s/Advanced Degree — Preferred
High School Diploma or GED — Required
Experience:
5–7 years of progressive HR experience
Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources management role
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and compliance standards.
Proven experience leading HR functions in a complex, high-volume, and matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
