(This position is Hybrid working 2 days a week in the Denton, Texas Support Center)

Essential Function
Responsible for US International tax and all foreign tax matters for the Company.

Primary Duties

35% Manage the US International compliance process. 25% Manage global arms length transfer pricing and documentation. 15% Manage service provider with respect to foreign tax compliance. 10% Special projects and tax planning. 5% Foreign income tax provision and tax balance sheet account reconciliation. 5% Manage US International and foreign income tax audits. 5% Oversight of tax team associates and mentoring to develop a broad knowledge base with respect to US International and foreign tax matters.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelors degree in Accounting required, Masters degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred. CPA designation preferred. 7+ years direct International Income Tax experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Four years managing others and leading a team.

Ability to work with other departments within the organization and proactively seek solutions or suggest improvements. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent time management skills, ability to complete all responsibilities in accordance with established deadlines.

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
