What you’ll do as a Sr. Manager IT You will oversee help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for employees and customers. You will manage IT projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications, software integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of IT equipment and services. You will develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will travel periodically to company sites to oversee IT implementations, provide support, or conduct assessments. What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You will need 7+ years of experience in IT management. You will need at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
