**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
· Assisting and managingResidentialtransactions
· Managing clients and transactions end to end, from site visits, shortlisting, negotiations and paperwork closure.
· Managing buy & sell company mandates leading to successful closures
· Pitch for adding more exclusive sale mandates and execution.
· HNI Real estate portfolio management
· Focus on lead generation & industry networking
· Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate involving tracking sale information, property values, new and upcoming launches, and real estate assignments
· Administers quality assurance program, including customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards.
· Works closely with CBRE and/or client's Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
· Closely tracks allA & T Residentialtransaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepares commission forecasts
**REQUIREMENTS**
· Should have an experience of at least 5-9 years in real estate industry.
· Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
· Requires advanced knowledge of relevant micro markets.
· Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provide assistance and oversight such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers.
May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
Education- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience- 5 to 9 Yrs (Luxury residential sales experience is mandatory)
Location- Gurgaon
