Sr Manager Omnichannel Analytics - Hybrid
**Job Description Summary** As Senior Manager, Omnichannel Analytics, you will drive our digital analytics initiatives, enhance reporting capabilities, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with Business Unit and Regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve user experience and business performance. This role will have two direct reports and will also be directing a team of consultants. Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Web Analytics Strategy: Lead the implementation and management of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key performance metrics. Develop and maintain advanced web tracking solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure data integrity and consistency. Define and implement KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives. + Roadmaps and Dashboards: Creates and manage roadmaps, aligning deliverable timelines based on priorities, resourcing, and other relevant requirements. The ability to clearly speak to project status and milestones at any given time. + Reporting and Visualization: Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time, actionable insights. Create and maintain automated reporting solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver standardized analytics reports. + Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide insights that drive performance optimization. Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure smooth integration between data sources and reporting platforms. Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on using analytics tools and interpreting reports. + Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing, IT and privacy departments, to ensure seamless analytics implementation. + Vendor Management: Partner with external vendors and ensure internal and external workstreams are aligned, track progress of work against SOW’s, and ensure all expected deliverables are provided on time and within agreed upon budget. + Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Recognize and provide resolutions to concerns and alerting the leadership team if issues stay unaddressed. Setup and manage cadenced meetings to align on new, current work, and other necessary conversations to ensure the team’s visibility to workstreams. **Skills and Competencies** + Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, inspire teams, and foster a collaborative environment. + Communication Skills: Convey complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. + Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns. + Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. + Strategic Thinking: Understand how individual projects align with broader organizational goals and prioritize initiatives accordingly. + Adaptability and Learning Agility: Adapt to changing circumstances and learn new skills quickly. ​ **About You:** + 10+ years of experience in web analytics and business intelligence reporting. + Experience leading direct and indirect team members. + Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI (or similar visualization tools.,) + Experience in designing and implementing scalable data visualization solutions. + Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex analytics projects. + Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch) and advanced tracking techniques is preferred. + Familiarity with SQL, DAX, and other data querying languages is preferred.
