The major activities of the project manager are: driving innovation to ensure safety and appropriate quality, translate the need of our internal clients in a technical solution, using learning adoption internally and externally, coordinate and align a team of internal and external project members, ensure that our standards and agency regulations like FDA are followed. The Sr Project Manager will lead the E&PS Beerse Project Delivery team composed of 6 Project Leads and will report into the E&PS Director Project Management for Belgium. The best candidate for this role has experience in leading a team, and has experience in end to end execution of capital projects with a continuous focus on Construction Safety. They have good communication skills and knowledge of process engineering, HVAC and E&I. Knowledge of the pharma or medical devices is preferable. You are eager to learn continuously and like to work with many colleagues and partners across other functional areas who are involved in your projects.
