The **Manager Sales Technology** is a first-level manager that leads the day-to-day operations of the Sales Technology team to drive insights and data-driven decision-making within the sales organization. This role involves leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from sales data, ultimately improving sales performance and driving revenue growth. This person would manage multiple technology platforms supporting B2B/EDI, Order Automation, and eCommerce websites.

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:**
+ Provide strategic consultant support to assigned internal customers in defining or designing business processes as well as researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements.
+ Collaborate between various departments and customers to establish business priorities, drive sales, and streamline sales technology.
+ Act as the lead expert for companywide initiatives and business process design.
+ Create training guides, give presentations or demos to both internal and external customer base to support adoption of technology tools
+ Develop, motivate, and direct a staff of business technology specialists to create a team environment and enable staff to fulfill the department’s operating objectives.
+ Work closely with developers, integration teams, and customer support teams to design and implement new features and enhancements within the technology platforms and to diagnose and resolve platform-related problems
+ Make decisions on behalf of the team and recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
+ Provide direction to team according to established policies and management guidance.
+ Oversee day-to-day work schedules and plans.
+ Act as an advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved in resolving problems.
+ Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies.
+ Review relevant factors to analyze situations and resolve issues.
+ Perform other duties as needed.
**Required Experience and Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
+ 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 1-3 years of management experience.

+ High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
**Other Pertinent Job Information:**
+ This role will be responsible for direct reports.
+ The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
