The Manager Sales Technology is a first-level manager that leads the day-to-day operations of the Sales Technology team to drive insights and data-driven decision-making within the sales organization. This role involves leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from sales data, ultimately improving sales performance and driving revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
Provide strategic consultant support to assigned internal customers in defining or designing business processes as well as researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements. Collaborate between various departments and customers to establish business priorities, drive sales, and streamline sales technology. Act as the lead expert for companywide initiatives and business process design. Create materials to support sales force enablement. Develop, motivate, and direct a staff of business technology specialists to create a team environment and enable staff to fulfill the department’s operating objectives. Responsible for enabling sales quota planning and reporting, digitizing sales process and policy, and sales process optimization. Make decisions on behalf of the team and recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Provide direction to team according to established policies and management guidance. Oversee day-to-day work schedules and plans. Act as an advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved in resolving problems. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies. Review relevant factors to analyze situations and resolve issues. Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of management experience.

High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

This role will be responsible for direct reports. The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
