Your key responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.Identify potential technical alliances and evaluate their feasibility.Negotiate technical terms and agreements with partners.Technical Coordination:Serve as the primary technical contact between the company and its partners.Facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge and best practices.Coordinate with R&D, production, and sales teams to align partnership objectives.Product and Process Development:Work closely with partners to co-develop or customize chemical products and solutions.Monitor the development and testing of new formulations or technologies.Address technical challenges and ensure quality standards.Market and Competitor Analysis:Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for collaboration or innovation.Monitor competitor activities and technical advancements.Provide insights to improve the company’s technical offerings.Technical Training and Support:Train internal teams and partners on product features, applications, and benefits.Provide technical support to resolve issues in product performance or application.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure that all technical collaborations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.Maintain documentation for all partnership activities, including contracts, project reports, and performance metrics.

You bring
• Master’s degree / PhD in chemistry or a related field. Certification in project management is a plus.

•    Experience should be between 12-16 years in Manufacturing, preferably Chemical Industries.
•    Able to work at all levels of the organization and well-versed relationship building skills, good communication skills, ability to deal positively with people at all levels.
•    Has business acumen and is customer focused, is result oriented and is a self-starter and able to work as a member of the team as well as be able to lead his own team.
