**Job Description Summary** This position is to be required to sustain the Quality Performance considering new challenges ahead with product mix & HVDC Transformers considering most experience person in Quality team, having rich experience in Transformer Industries for more than 20 years. Ensuring quality standards across manufacturing processes, providing expert support to FAT activities, collaborating with other functions for problem solving & to drive the RCA process for planning, execution and implementation of Corrective & Preventive actions, to lead NCR review, Risk Review, Gate review at each stage and ensure the actions for improvements, are taken for continuous improvement. Drive quality improvements at suppliers end and strengthen the supplier quality, work towards strengthening the quality systems to drive CoPQ reduction etc. This is fixed term contract role for 2 years. X **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes: + Accountable Defining and specifying activities, process (VPD, dust control & Humidity control), and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a manufactured materials, component and product. Strengthening the process work instruction where necessary to ensure the continuous improvement of product quality. + Lean is how we work Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing process. Conduct process FMEA within unit for manufactured product. + Drive Innovation Digitalization of manufacturing process check sheet in the unit and support to PTR. + One team Support to team for manufacturing of HVDC transformer by close co-ordination others function. Application of experienced professional guidance during manufacturing and site issue. + Serve CUSTOMERS Audit to customer site and analyze of customer experience (NPS). Train to support team by sharing knowledge and training. Co-ordinate Root Cause Analysis (8D etc.). **Required Qualifications** This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Manufacturing Engineering Specialist. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's/ Diploma degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). **Desired Characteristics** Strong oral and written communication skills.
