Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing / quality improvement or production support position (Including a minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, quality improvement, people leadership (Including experience in Lean methodology and/or Six Sigma tools; ability to drive improvement strategies while coaching leaders through problem solving techniques)Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated Servant Leadership approach, collaborative approach to problem solving, experience working across and within multiple functions. Domain expertise in Shop Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Materials, Sourcing and Product EngineeringExtensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and experience applying principles such as GEMBA, leader standard work, value stream mapping, APPS/PSR problem solving, etc.Supply Chain leadership in multiple business cycles and/or product typesQuality experience, including regulatory agencies with strong knowledge of APQPDemonstration of setting key priorities, establishing applicable KPIs and driving execution of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
