Sr Marketing Manager, Fashion, GCC Retail Softlines
Amazon Fashion team is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager who will bring innovative ideas and analytical ability to drive several strategic marketing initiatives across Fashion (Apparel, Shoes, Watches, Jewelry & Luggage categories) by defining the ultimate customer experience, generating demand / traffic, awareness and inspiration through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan.
A successful candidate in this role understands fashion, e-commerce, and is adept at telling fashion and style stories to our wide and diverse audience. They are able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist. They are an ambitious self-starter with the ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are analytically minded, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence others.

As a Marketing Leader you will drive key elements of our customer funnel, create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers across traffic channels (Social, Associates etc.) and owned & operated properties. You will work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems).

Key job responsibilities
1. Own Fashion Customer Funnel- acquisition and engagement, by developing and executing a successful marketing strategy. Own internal processes and partner team mechanisms to drive traffic, revenue growth, and customers across different product categories.
2. Analyze business insights (brand traffic, sales) and customer lifecycle data (e.g., customer journey, customer cohorts) to identify high-potential traffic opportunities and prioritize marketing experiments and investments.
3. Leverage onsite and external marketing channels effectively, and identify internal and external test-and-learn partnership opportunities to acquire new customers and drive growth.
4. Drive traffic growth from multiple sources, including Affiliate marketing, Social media and Influencers.
5. Drive experimentation and capture learnings in critical investment areas, including social & influencer strategy and customer incentivization plans.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and technology teams to bring innovative marketing strategies to life, and increasing discoverability of fashion selection across channels
7. Build deep understanding of Fashion customer and industry
8. Combine analytical rigor and strategic thinking to develop well-reasoned recommendations that balance customer needs with business priorities. Confidently present these proposals to leadership to ensure alignment on goal and secure buy-ins for new initiatives.
