Responsibility:
1. Manage E2E demand& supply through product life cycle, from new product introduction to mass production and EOL clearance.
2. Align with regional demand planner and Sale team for country/key account levels demand changes and operation strategy.
3. Own product clear-to-build and drive cross-functional teams to achieve weekly numbers and minimize the shortage.
4. Take charge of global one plan publishing and drive Geo/GSM/Factory/Wide Supply chain team including order loading and materials readiness/quality build.
5. Request product transition/EOL plan from supply view based on materials/tooling status and running sale volume versus liability/excess.
6. Be responsible for monitoring product level MWD and drive teams to mitigate the excess/loss from global view.
7. Manage the prebuild/OA for new products during ramp-up plan and drive demand/order loading together with global demand planning team.
8. Be focal point to deliver the supply assurance and drive supply flexibility to GEO/BU team.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred major in science and engineering from an accredited college or university.
2. 2 years/above work experience, better with planning/procurement roles in past 1 year.
3. Familiar with SAP/MRP system and excel/office tool, VBA or program knowledge is favorable.
4. Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis and good presentation capability.
5. Effective communication both in Mandarin and English, and take English as work language.
6. Proactive and quick learner and good team work.
