Location/Division Specific Information:

This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Logan, Utah location.

This is an 8-Hour Day schedule. Hours will be 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

You will follow and train others on standard operating procedures. You will investigate and solve inventory errors and recommend process improvements. You will work in a warehouse environment where you will receive and complete orders in a safe, accurate and timely manner including placing all incoming and outgoing materials, finished goods, raw materials, and supplies in the applicable staging, shipping, receiving or storage locations while adhering to company SOP’s and WID’s.

A Day in the Life:Receive and fill orders accurately and safely, placing materials in the appropriate locations.Maintain accurate inventory in designated warehouses and locations.Learn, understand, and demonstrate correct and safe material handling procedures, training others on warehouse documents and procedures.Investigate and resolve inventory errors, recommending process improvements.Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.Use various tools and equipment such as computers, scanners, tape guns, pallet jacks, and forklifts.Keep documents, records, and training up-to-date and accurate.Prepare and document material movement, updating inventory management system accordingly.Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with other departments and addressing quality errors.Actively participate in process improvements and continuous improvement activities.Work effectively as part of a team, assisting with training and mentoring.Focus on personal development through timely completion of training.Adhere to schedule to meet production goals.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Complete and maintain Logan, UT Tech 3 Advancement Training for this department.Operate forklift, scissor lift, and similar equipment or obtain and maintain certification through training.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office products, and inventory management systems.Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers.Accurate picking, counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators and rulers.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Consistent adherence to policies, procedures, instructions.Work up to 12 hours per day in a fast-paced regulated warehouse environment, with occasional overtime.Ability to lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted.Ability to stand, reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks.Use of equipment and hand tools, including scanners, tape guns, and powered equipment requiring forceful gripping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.

Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThe warehouse has some ambient noiseAbility to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), common chemicals are disinfecting, solvents and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and 99%)
