Working Shift: 3rd Shift Sun-Fri 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Key Responsibilities:Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the CompanyIntervene in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenancePerform tooling changes, machine setups, and make in-process adjustmentsRebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controlsDocument clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controlsAssist with start-up and shutdown of machinesEngage in continuous improvement projectsParticipate in equipment installationTest equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met.Maintain, repair, and rebuild various production machines and equipmentFollow all safety and cGMP requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Post-secondary education degree with a combination of 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of experience within a related fieldProficiency in mechanical tasks- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics - PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoidsUnderstanding and performing LOTO proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills in both written and verbal formsBasic math skillsAbility to follow complex procedure
