岗位职责

负责公司对应产品在区域市场的全面开拓，组织、制定工作计划，领导和推动团队达成年度工作目标；监控、分析和评估当地市场趋势和竞争对手的活动，以确定产品在当地的市场机会;负责区域内市场活动的执行和学术平台搭建，维护公司品牌信誉和区域内的重要客户；负责区域的团队管理，引领产品知识学习，确保团队的专业化学术水平；做好团队选人、育人、留人相关工作，建立团结高效的团队；合理规划、控制成本费用。
 

任职资质

本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先；10年以上相关经验，其中至少2年以上同等岗位的管理经验；具有较强的领导力、客户开拓、商务谈判、组织协调和市场分析洞察力；积极上进、诚信果敢，有责任心。
