TE Connectivity's Distribution Management Teams manage the sale and placement of products in the marketplace to customers, either directly through the sales force or indirectly through distributors, dealers and agents.
TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Channel Business Manager who is passionate about building TE Connectivity Digital Data Networks (DDN) value proposition and strong relationships with our channel, supporting their sales efforts, and increasing their loyalty and performance. Reporting to the Global Channel Leader, this role will play a pivotal role in channel and market growth by developing channel and market business strategy, effectively planning, executing, and evaluating programs in alignment with our sales strategy.

What your background should look like:Main Responsibilities
Regional responsibility for entire DDN Channel. Optimize the DDN product reach/sales to all potential customers via Channel. Collaborate closely with Channel partners to develop clear channel and market strategies aligned with DDN priorities. Manage relationships with DDN Channel partners including the following: setting annual financial forecast, aligning financial goals, and ensuring alignment with policies and programs. Execute quarterly business reviews with key channel partners. Partner with the regional sales teams to develop and drive key programs that generate demand and optimize various team sales efforts. Align with Sales Leadership to develop a financial bridge and prioritization structure that weighs business needs, impact, investment and resource capacity.
Skills, Experience and Education
Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent level of practical experience, technical competency. Minimum of 10+ years of regional Sales and Marketing Management level experience working with/in Channel. Managing employees and driving talent development. Needs a professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding. Needs a good understanding of technical applications and translation into collaborative selling experiences. Demonstrated leadership skills to drive for results in a global matrix organization. Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $154,200 - $231,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
