You will have end-to-end ownership of your areas, including design, code, test, and redefining product/service delivery. You will partner deeply across disciplines and partner teams to deliver results that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities: + Own complete solutions across their entire lifecycle, in both good and challenging times. + Manage and contribute technically during escalations. + Drive the overall architecture of solution delivery and infrastructure within the team and across the organization. + Work closely across teams and disciplines to shape solutions that provide value to our customers. + Drive solution implementation across multiple tech stacks from 18 different products. + Comply with project plans and industry standards. + Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and customer focus within the team. + Lead by example with high levels of technical excellence, including participating in design, code, and test reviews. + Mentor junior team members professionally, sharing your experience and wisdom. Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications: + Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. + Experience: + Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in software development and infrastructure management. + 7+ years of experience as a Software Developer working with enterprise-grade products and backend development languages like JavaScript, NodeJS, C#, Python, etc. + 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems at scale on public cloud infrastructure like AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure, etc. + 3+ years of experience applying an automation-first approach to problem-solving using configuration management tools and scripting. + Minimum of 3 years of experience as a people manager, leading a team of engineers by setting clear expectations, keeping team members energized, and delivering great results. + Technical Skills: + Infrastructure-as-Code mentality with tools like Terraform and/or Ansible. + Demonstrated experience in building high-quality products or services. + Experience delivering successful web or cloud projects. + Soft Skills: + Strong communication skills: ability to explain work, ask great questions, listen to peers and customers, influence without authority, and give and receive feedback. + Passion for building software that solves real problems for real people. + Commitment to writing well-designed, easy-to-test, and maintainable code. + SHIFT: 12pm IST – 8pm IST Travel Requirements:NoApplicant Privacy Notice:Deltek is committed to the protection and promotion of your privacy.
