Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science field or equivalent. + 10+ years of experience leading a team of engineers. + 10+ years of experience with building, managing and operating enterprise-grade Windows or Linux production environments + 5+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems at scale on public cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services is desired). + 3+ years of experience applying an automation first approach to problem solving leveraging configuration management tools and scripting. + Desirable: experience with Terraform and/or Ansible. + Experience with Incident Management and ITIL service operations (ServiceNow experience desired) + Experience with any of the following operations systems: AppDynamics, Splunk, PRTG, SolarWinds DPA, and PagerDuty. + Passionate and curious about ways to leverage technology with self-directed learning + Must be detail oriented, results driven, and have excellent communication skills. + Ability to work effectively within a matrixed team environment to accomplish goals, objectives and to identify and resolve problems. + SHIFT: 8am EST – 5pm EST Travel Requirements:NoApplicant Privacy Notice:Deltek is committed to the protection and promotion of your privacy.
