Summary:

BaxSol- Manage and develop Tender process activities to drive maximum efficiency, quality, service which in turn will lead to higher profitability for the organization.MA and Govt Affairs-Work in close collaboration with BU team, implement and execute the country specific Market Access & Government Affairs programs in alignment with the Business Units imperatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Effective Tender participation – Drive 100 % Technical accuracy. Developing plans for streamlining tender processes to ensure no tender is missed.Work with internal stake holders in Finance and ensure timely submission & recovery of EMD, performance Bank Guarantees and AR.Effective coordination with Regulatory affair and ensure monthly  updation on Tender documents Drive 100 % document fitnessRepresent Baxter at important industry forums to help advance the organization's business interests. Establish, maintain, and strengthen a network of contacts with access stakeholders including payers, HTA bodies and procurement agencies.Develop strong relationships and network with critical stakeholders in policy field to track healthcare policy, legislation, regulations, and reimbursement trends. This includes government bodies, interest groups, payers, and medical societies.Provide timely updates on key policy and political developments in external environments (especially targeted state governments) and advise on how to address them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in healthcare-related fieldsVery good written and verbal English communications skills.Experience working in a healthcare organization or within a matrixed structure.A real team player with the ability to interact and collaborate well with people from all business teams and oversee projects from start to finish.

Education and/or Experience:

Any professional degree or certification in Public Policy from reputed institutions.Prior experience of market access, health economics and reimbursement, government relation, government affairs or relevant fields
