Sr Mgr, Implementations
Summary/Objective The Senior Manager, Implementations will manage and lead multiple  team(s) of Implementation PMs and Client Implementations Specialists implementing a portfolio of software projects supporting our National clients.  The Senior Manager, Implementations is responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery and for achieving revenue forecasts for their teams. The Senior Manager, Implementations is experienced with building excellent relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. In collaboration with the Team Lead, team performance, strategic alignment, and employee success, fostering a high engagement culture within the Implementation Group, while overseeing administrative responsibilities.   Essential Functions/ Responsibilities Drives team alignment with organizational strategy and goals, monitoring performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions. Fosters team member growth, engagement, and a positive culture through targeted hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring. Oversees all team administrative tasks, including personnel management, compliance, and operational integrity. Manages the overall team, with support from the Team Lead, providing direction, guidance, and coaching to staff that ensures successful day-to-day team operations and achievement of team objectives. Accountable for ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery of a portfolio of software implementation projects being implemented by your team(s) of Implementation PMs and Client Implementation Specialists and for achieving team revenue forecasts Recommend and lead the implementation of changes to departmental policies and processes to enhance quality, efficiencies, cost benefits, and client satisfaction Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Work collaboratively with other departments as liaison for implementations Keep team aligned on goals and values of Paymentus and the implementation team Hire, mentor and develop senior team members Foster a positive work environment Manage client and team escalations Keep up to date on product changes Supervisory Responsibility

This position will have supervisory responsibility or direct reports.

Education and Experience 7+ years of direct people management responsibilities Associate or Bachelor degree 4+ years of demonstrated success in leading and mentoring a team of professional services consultants. Strong Technical Foundation required, with a strong grasp of billing and payment solutions and relevant implementation technologies. Proven team leadership and mentorship experience with excellent communication skills is necessary. Advanced problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability are expected Client-focused and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interfacing effectively with management, staff, and clients. Excel at negotiating resources and deliverables within an organization and with clients and third- party vendors. Excellent problem solving skills.  Must be able to analyze information to make independent decisions quickly and effectively. Quick thinking, adaptable to an ever changing environment Knowledge of SaaS implementations Preferred skills in advanced technical experience with industry-specific solutions, emerging payment technologies, and relevant certifications.. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

10-15% travel to customer sites may be required based upon project needs.
