Senior Manager, Innovation, Program Management – Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT)

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and highly motivated program management professional to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up.
The Innovation Program Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving successful execution of projects from concept through commercialization. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and communication, as well as the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a highly regulated environment. As a Senior Manager on the Innovation PMO team, the program you drive will support TMTT’s strategic imperatives and provide cutting edge, life-saving products to patients around the world.
How you will make an impact:
Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of innovation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
Responsible for project scope alignment, detailed timeline development and tracking, dependency management, and proactive risk and issue management
Facilitate cross-functional coordination, create trusted partnerships with stakeholders, and ensure strong communication throughout all levels of the organization
Track program performance using appropriate tools and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders throughout all levels of the organization, including the leadership team
Manage design and phase gate reviews, design history files, project documentation, and project closure activities
Create effective working relationships within the PMO organization to ensure continued program health, as well as to develop consistency within PMO by sharing best practices and lessons learned and collaborating on continuous improvement activities
What you will need (required):
10+ years of experience in program/project management in the medical device or healthcare industry; implant experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a technical degree is a plus
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including design control, risk management, and regulatory submissions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.) and PM methodologies
Excellent organization and communication skills are required; influencing others at all levels of the organization is essential

For California, the base pay range for this position is $136,000 to $192,000 (highly experienced).
