As a Sr, Mgr IT you will partner with senior leadership on building and implementing corporate IT initiatives that support the strategy and goals of Spectrum.

Building and implementing IT plans according to the IT and corporate strategyManaging the maintenance and enhancement of hardware and software systems that support field business applicationsEnsuring uninterrupted IT network support by setting and communicating maximum performance standards to employeesOverseeing multiple and/or large departments within ITEnsuring compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures

In this role you’ll implement IT standards, policies and/or master plan for the IT function as well as manage the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience: IT work experience: 7+ years; Leadership experience: 5+ years; Project management experience: 2+ years Education: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experienceAbilities: Learn and support new systems and applications; multi-task and change priorities in a fast paced environment; demonstrated ability to distill complex technical information into clear communication; Make decisions and solve problems while under pressureSkills: Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stake holders; Resolve issues quickly and effectivelyTechnical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area; Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques
