**Position Summary**
The Sr Manager, Member Communications is responsible for the overall management and growth of the individuals and programs that make up their designated teams. The role is responsible to coach & guide lower level leaders and individual contributors to drive high performing communication related operational execution with a focus on high quality, meeting all applicable commitments, efficient management of assigned budgets, and doing so in alignment with CVS’s Heart At Work behaviors.
The Sr Manager will be responsible for collaborating across various internal and external partners for ongoing process improvements as well as standing up net new communications / programs, utilizing the latest technology when applicable to reduce manual efforts and drive financial savings.
The Sr Manager will assist and learn from other member communication operational teams to improve overall consultative methods, sharing/learning best practices and reducing silos. He/She will provide these learnings within their assigned teams to incorporate applicable training curriculums.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 7+ year of work experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
+ Experience with workflow tools (Aprimo, Eproject, SalesForce, etc.)
+ Positive presence, ability to inspire others, and strong consultative skills
+ Ability to grow talent within their assigned teams and address performance issues to drive positive outcomes
+ Strong organizational/project management and time management skills
+ Strong communication skills including ability to present and clearly articulate information to senior leadership
+ Strong problem solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements
+ Proven ability to manage cross functional team, internal and external
+ Quality review experience and general understanding of communication composition
+ Critical Thinking to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information
+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis.
+ Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.
+ Regular and predictable attendance.
+ Required to work extended or alternate hours, when needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ General understanding of PBM Operations with general awareness of differences between lines of business (i.e. Commercial, Medicaid, & Medicare)
+ Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
+ Ability to influence and skills in persuasion
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project
**Education**
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
