Job Overview:
The Senior Manager of Master Planning is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end (E2E) planning and execution processes, bridging the gap between Sales Operations and Supply Chain to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers. This role plays a pivotal part in translating customer and sales needs into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution across multiple stages, from demand planning to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Execution: Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, starting from demand planning, progressing through order fulfillment, monitoring factory outputs, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.Interface Between Sales and Supply Chain: Serve as the critical link between Sales Operations and the Supply Chain, translating customer and sales requirements into operational plans.Demand Planning: Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to forecast and align product demand with business goals, ensuring accuracy and adaptability to market trends.Order Fulfillment: Supervise order management processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with factory capacities and timelines.Factory Output Monitoring: Coordinate with manufacturing teams to track and optimize factory performance, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules and customer expectations.Delivery Control: Oversee logistics and delivery operations to guarantee timely and accurate product shipments, addressing potential bottlenecks or issues proactively.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
