Job Description: Experience: 12-15yrs Key Responsibilities:
• Integration Design & Development: Design Data and API integration solutions using tools such as Informatica, web Methods, or other relevant technologies.• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration team. Oversee the development and implementation of integration solutions.• Project Management: Manage integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data architects, and software engineers to understand integration requirements and provide effective solutions.• Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks. Optimize integration processes for efficiency and scalability.• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and API specifications.• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards for data integration and API management. Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in data and API integration, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Technical Skills:• Expertise in integration tools such as Informatica, webMethods, MuleSoft, or similar.• Experience in integrating Salesforce, Oracle Fusion is a plus• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL processes, and API management.• Proficiency in one of the programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.• Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.• Project Management: Experience in managing complex integration projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.
 Preferred Skills:• Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.• Certifications in relevant integration tools or technologies.
