Your day at NTT DATAAs a Senior Microsoft Modern Work & Collaboration Technology Sales Specialist at NTT Data, you will be a strategic sales leader focused on driving adoption of Microsoft Collaboration Solutions in the Microsoft Modern Work stack—including M365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, and Microsoft 365 Copilot—within enterprise environments. You’ll work closely with Client Managers, Pre-Sales Architects, and Microsoft Partner teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that transform how clients collaborate, communicate, and innovate.
Staying ahead of the competition, you'll maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, including market pricing and strategies. You'll use a blend of sales methodologies, opportunity plans, and account plans to keep the sales process on track. Your deep understanding of the client's business, combined with your knowledge of technology solutions, will allow you to personalize recommendations effectively. By continuously assessing risks and developing new business channels, you'll ensure that our collaborations align with client objectives and lead to long-term success. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Business Development and Microsoft Collaboration Solution Sales: Drive CSP Sales & GTM of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, Viva, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, aligning solutions with client business goals.Client Engagement & Strategy: Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, uncover collaboration pain points, and deliver strategic roadmaps for Microsoft-powered digital transformation.Solution Design & Pre-Sales: Partner with architects to design scalable, secure, and integrated Microsoft collaboration environments. Present solution designs, licensing models, and ROI analysis.Sales Execution: Own the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure. Use Microsoft’s solution selling methodologies (e.g., Catalyst, Challenger, or SPIN) to guide clients through decision-making.Partner Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with Microsoft account teams, and internal delivery teams to co-sell and co-deliver solutions.Market Intelligence: Stay current on Microsoft roadmap, licensing changes, and competitive landscape. Position NTT DATA as a trusted advisor in the Microsoft ecosystem.Workshops & Demos: Conduct Microsoft Teams Rooms demos, Copilot use-case workshops, and executive briefings to showcase business value and drive engagement.

Required Experience:

Proven success selling Microsoft Modern Work, M365, Microsoft Collaboration Solutions in enterprise environments.Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams architecture, governance, and integration with voice/video platforms.Experience with Microsoft 365 licensing, Teams Rooms deployment, and hybrid collaboration strategies.Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.Track record of exceeding sales quotas in CSP Sales, Managed Services or Cloud Solutions environment.Strong relationships with Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-203, or equivalent).SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling certifications.Experience with complementary technologies: Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Pexip, Crestron, Poly, Logitech.Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
