This is an outstanding opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world’s leader in serving science, as a Sr OEM Sales Representative in South Korea.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies that align with the global business unit's strategy.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across South Korea.Make sales visits to all organizational levels and functional areas where purchasing decisions are made.Develop highly efficient account penetration strategies and identify new prospective customers.Initiate and develop productive client relationships across multiple functions and levels.Actively participate or lead cross-functional teams to complete client opportunities.Develop pricing proposals for large, complex deals and negotiate other terms and conditions.Coordinate technical support to determine client needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems.Develop business plans and objectives across the product and technology portfolios.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.7+ years of business development experience in the life science or diagnostic industry.Experience in negotiation of supply agreements and sales funnel management.Advanced knowledge of molecular, cell, or protein biology.Strong working knowledge of the sales process and forecast management.Knowledge of intellectual property, patents, and contract law.Familiarity with IVD or pharma regulations and manufacturing quality standards.Working Conditions
