Sr Office Administrator - Greenwich, CT

The Senior Office Administrative (SOA) must have a can do attitude, who will manage the OA staff and the daily office operations including but not limited to processing agent commissions, maintaining all agent and property files, handling license and agent membership renewals, onboarding of new agents and staff and helping with recruitment and retention activities 

Also, the OA leads the office in manager’s absence, assuring the needs of sales associates and the Brokerage Manager are met, while maintaining a reliable, personable, team-oriented and professional disposition.  

Works closely with corporate staff, supplies accounting and Trident reports, inputs data into Transaction Desk as well as updating roll back and short fall reports, and ensures the office systems are operational including office front desk coverage during all working hours. 

Provide assistance to Brokerage Manager with office and mentee meetings and special events for agents. 

Position requires administrative skills, budgetary skills, management skills, computer skills and general office equipment operation understanding. 

Must have a 4-year college degree and between 7 and 10 years' experience. Reports to Brokerage Manager.
