In this role, you will impact the overall operational excellence of the organization by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization. + Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes. + Become proficient with platforms like Tableau or Power BI to create clear charts and dashboards that communicate data insights effectively. + Develop a basic understanding of statistical methods to interpret data and build robust models for forecasting and decision-making. + Analyze site SQDCP performance indicators and keep tracking of the improvement. + Execute the usage of dashboards and reports using AI-powered tools to surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities for leadership to drive decision making. + Track progress of Lean initiatives and AI-driven process optimizations across sites, compiling insights and preparing documentation for continuous improvement reviews. + Monitor data sources using AI algorithms to detect inconsistencies, improve accessibility, and ensure reliable performance tracking. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Proven experience in operational excellence or process improvement roles. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. + Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. + Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar. + Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence. + Knowledge of project management principles and practices. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or related fields. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in operational excellence. \#LI-Hybrid Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
