Sr Operations Manager - Delivery Partner Operations

We started in Tokyo and now our service is nationwide in all 47 prefectures.  2024 and beyond brings a new chapter of the Delivery story, our vision is to 'deliver anything, to anyone, at anytime' and our goal is to make Uber a daily essential in people's life. **About the Role** This role provides a unique opportunity to directly shape business strategy by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the delivery partner experience and strengthen Uber’s reputation. You will work closely with both internal and global cross-functional teams. By optimizing communication strategies, refining operational processes, and influencing key decisions, you will play a critical role in making Uber the platform of choice for delivery partners. **Your Impact in Role:** 1. Provide insights to influence business decisions and strategy by collecting holistic feedback from delivery partners through conducting CSAT surveys and hosting biannual delivery partner dialogue forums. 2. Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate delivery partner feedback into action by aligning user needs with operational efficiency. 3. Enhance the delivery partner experience and strengthen brand reputation by implementing communication strategies and operational improvements. 4. Ensure regulatory adaptability and compliance by proactively adjusting and enforcing operational processes in response to evolving policies. **The Experience You’ll Bring:** 1. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English 2. Strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative data – Ability to interpret numbers, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. (SQL experience preferred.) 3. Data-driven problem-solving skills – Ability to analyze trends, identify root causes, and make informed decisions. 4. Project management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment – Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects to completion. 5. Proactive and results-oriented mindset – Self-motivated with a focus on driving impact. **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) 2.
