Responsibilities:
Manage program teams of Field Service personnel assigned to all SNC IAS programsDevelop timely and accurate staffing plansEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) that define successful milestones, highlight achievement, and help in identification of performance gapsPromote career development by creating a learning environment with an emphasis on continuous organizational and skill development at all team member levelsCollaborate cross functionally and indirectly lead support teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of support provided to technician field teamsParticipate in customer meetings to evaluate service level delivery and represent field execution capabilitiesManaging all aspects of the field technicians’ performance including training, productivity, efficiency, efficacy, quality control, safety, coaching, discipline, payroll, and timekeepingHire and develop a best-in-class workforceUtilize a combination of management controls, including site visits, quality audits, customer surveys, and service KPI metrics, to measure the quality of service provided.Where necessary develop improvement programs for service to meet company-wide expectationsDemonstrated passion for ideation and innovation, as well as motivating others to act by creating a shared sense of vision or purposeQualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of studyRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationTypically, 10+ years of progressive operations management experience, which includes 6+ years of management experience.Comprehensive understanding of and experience with the practical application of production/manufacturing principles, techniques, and warehousing best practicesAbility to understand and interpret complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publicationsAdvanced experience with materials management systemsPrevious supervisory experience; the ability to recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competenceUnderstanding of risk and opportunity management best practicesStrong communication skills; oral and writtenProficiency in the execution of the Project Lifecycle from inception to closeout with a strong emphasis on sustainment and sustainment engineering servicesUnderstands Earned Value Management principlesProficient in MS OfficeAbility to develop a program Integrated Master Schedule in accordance with program requirementsAn active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredQualifications We Prefer:
Good understanding and knowledge of on-site field service, professional services and business development strategies.Knowledge of Company product and service offerings and deliverables; Company operating planning and deployment processes; Company operational and financial standards and requirements; and Onboarding processes and deliverablesAbility to satisfy customer requirements with appropriate resource management while creating a culture and operating environment where teams are inspired to meet performance objectivesExperience managing a remote workforceDemonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet customer requirements and time expectationsStrong organizational and time management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTechnical integration experience with complex engineering designs and system productionAbility to interview and select candidates for key positions/staffing needsAbility to develop strong cost and technical proposal volumesEstimated Starting Salary: $143,487.14 - – $197,294.82
