Position Summary:

Our employees share a common set of values - Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement ,  Working as a Process Operator within a manufacturing environment, you will work a 40-hour week, Sunday to Thursday on a 9h shift pattern alternating between 06:00-18:00 , In this role you will be part of a fast paced and highly dynamic team that is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and packaging . Responsibilities:

Proactively drive to eliminate unsafe situations or practices observed with department.Following work instruction document, standard operating procedures and standard worksAssembling product using specific written instructions, blueprints and drawingsRecord corrects and accurate documentation in Production Control DocumentsPerform inspection of in-process and finished product.Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities.Assist in training function of co-workers and mentoring.Daily Schedule adherence.Understand the performance metrics, safety metrics and practices for your team/department.Allocate materials to process orders using the stock management system (SAP).

Experience, skills & abilities required:

Demonstrates good attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately and is comfortable using a computer, including e-mail.Manufacturing experience is preferred, however, is not essential.
