Your primary goal will be to support the optimization of Gainsight PX usage to help drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the user experience. You will work closely with our digital programs team to create engagements that support retention, expansion, and advocacy across all customer segments. Key Responsibilities: + Platform Configuration and Maintenance: Assist in configuration and deployment, system updates, and setting up users, roles, and permissions. + Asset Management: Help monitor and manage asset utilization across the platform, ensuring efficient use of resources and tools, and documenting configurations, processes, and best practices. + Analytics and Insights: Support the team in leveraging Gainsight PX analytics capabilities to gather, analyze, and present actionable insights on user behavior, product adoption, and feature usage. Identify trends and opportunities to improve user engagement. + Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate Gainsight PX with other systems, such as CS platforms or CRMs. Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization between Gainsight PX and other tools. + Change Management: Assist in establishing and implementing change management foundations to facilitate the successful adoption and utilization of Gainsight PX within the organization. Help develop communication plans, training strategies, and user engagement initiatives. + Strategy Support: Partner with leaders of digital-led strategy and Digital Customer Experience Designers to help craft strategy and design of 1:Many programming across all products. + Pain Point Analysis: Maintain an understanding of key pain points, such as product areas with low adoption and inefficient workflows, and support efforts to address these issues. + Program Measurement: Assist in measuring the impact and learning goals of each program, and monitor and measure activity to iterate towards more successful engagements. + Opportunity Identification: Identify and propose opportunities to drive greater maturity of Gainsight PX and 1:Many efforts. + Customer Support: Assist CS leadership with designing and building PX engagements that support customers across their lifecycle. Partner with your manager to balance prioritization of these requests and to create and communicate your roadmap. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
