Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with functional partners to understand data needs and translate requirements into tailored analytics solutions that exceed expectations Design, develop, and maintain reports using tools such as Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) or similar Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to build comprehensive datasets Create compelling data visualizations using tools like PowerBI, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence or similar Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, using tools like Alteryx, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence or similar  Support the evolution of ‘how we work’ through the development of a holistic HR data glossary, maintaining an effective product inventory and working with stakeholders to understand available tools and resources  Continue to enhance HRs data fluency by empowering stakeholders to interact and self-solve with their data.  Upskill and enable HR employees through the creation of intuitive products and hands-on support  Identify data issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them in a scalable way Present analyses and relevant trends in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business Consult with HR Leaders and lead ad-hoc data and analysis requests that support HR initiatives.  Cleary communicate insights through powerful stories that inform and influence key stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR analytics or analytical consulting  Knowledge in business intelligence, infrastructure, data engineering, data analytics, or a related subject Knowledge of HR systems, ETL methods and working with databases Experience with data visualization tools (Microsoft PowerBI or similar) and data automation tools (Alteryx or similar)  Experience with Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) or similar reporting tools Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights and identify key trends
